ODP Waiver Services
Prestige Home Care LLC is a qualified provider with the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). We deliver high-quality, person-centered waiver services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. Our multilingual, multicultural team of Direct Support Professionals is trained to serve the diverse ODP population while honoring each individual's unique needs and preferences. Our services include In-Home and Community Support.
Who qualifies?
ODP waiver services are available to individuals in Pennsylvania enrolled with the Office of Developmental Programs through the P/FDS, Community Living, or Consolidated waiver. If you or a loved one is enrolled with ODP, you can choose Prestige Home Care as your service provider — just ask your Supports Coordinator.
For Supports Coordination Organizations
We accept referrals for individuals enrolled in ODP waiver programs across Pennsylvania. To make a referral, send the individual's information and ISP to info@myprestigehomecare.com or call 717-750-1980. Based in Lebanon County, we welcome partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations statewide and are glad to provide in-service presentations for Supports Coordinators and other referral partners.
