Who it's for: Pennsylvania residents already enrolled with ODP under one of these waivers. If you or a loved one is enrolled, you can choose Prestige Home Care as your service provider — just ask your Supports Coordinator.
Apply for ODP ProgramWhat it is: The Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) waiver — delivered through Community HealthChoices and participating Managed Care Organizations — funds non-skilled personal care (help with activities like bathing, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping) so people can remain safely at home.
Who it's for: Pennsylvania Medicaid members 21+ with physical, cognitive, or developmental limitations who are enrolled in OLTL / Community HealthChoices. If you or a loved one is enrolled, you can choose Prestige Home Care as your provider — just ask your Service Coordinator or Care Manager.
