Prestige Home Care provides non-skilled person-centered home and community-based services for Pennsylvania Medicaid members designed to support independence, dignity, and quality of life. Leadership Team

    • Agency Administrator

Our administrator holds Doctor of Public Health graduate from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, and a public health leader with demonstrated experience in community services and public health research, overseeing operations, quality management, and compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

    • Quality & Compliance Lead (Registered Nurse)

Registered Nurse with community health experience, responsible for quality management, incident oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, person-centered care.

    • Local Operations & Care Coordination Team

Manages daily service delivery, caregiver supervision, and coordination to ensure consistency and responsiveness.

    • Workforce & Training Leadership

Focuses on recruiting, training, and supporting culturally responsive caregivers committed to high-quality care.

    • Direct Care Workers

Our caregivers are carefully selected, trained, and supervised to provide safe, compassionate, and person-centered support every day.
